Two HPF units for different processes

HPF Flex 70 and HPF Visco 120 differ in working medium, pressure range and process type. The choice depends on your machine, coolant and operation.

Versatile unit for water-miscible coolants and emulsions. Range 10–70 bar, flow up to 65 l/min, 5 µm filtration, 1 to 3 high-pressure outlets, M-code control.

Filtered coolant at the right pressure

The unit filters the coolant, delivers it at the selected pressure and directs it straight to the cutting zone.

The unit works with the machine's NC program. M-codes call pressure levels and outlets at the right moments in the cycle — with no manual operator input.
